Owner / DesignerBailey Peer
Bailey found a passion for the landscape industry when working with plants and people. He believes that business is built on relationships and he strives to grow this business on that foundation. He now spends most of his working time meeting with clients, checking up on jobs to make sure things are running smoothly and also helping to create beautiful landscape designs for new projects. Bailey enjoys doing what he loves for a living and getting to work with his wife and family.
Owner / DesignerKatie Peer
Katie is our landscape designer and brand manager. She has a background in the design industry, first being a graphic artist and now she has taken courses and become keen in the green industry becoming a designer for our landscape renovations. Katie creates 3-D designs for projects so our client can feel as if they are virtually walking through their newly renovated yard. She loves getting to work outside when possible, and she is thankful to work alongside people she loves everyday.
Bookkeeper / Office StaffRobyn Peer
Robyn leads our office staff and helps with keeping everyone on track. She is the reason all of our payments are always sent out on time, our licenses and insurances are all up to date, and everyone is always having fun. She always has the best attitude and she makes sure every employee knows they are cared for and well taken care of, she is the official office-mom! Robyn enjoys working with the team and family, and she shows it every day!
Project ManagerCole Baxter
Cole is our project manager, he has been appointed to this position because of his attention to detail and strong communication skills. We also refer to Cole as our relationships manager because of how well he builds relationships with the team and clients, he genuinely cares for people and we appreciate that quality in him. When Cole shows up on property for your meeting, he will come with a notepad in hand and he will listen to you and your needs. Cole then brings that back to the team and we come together to generate a plan that checks off every detail on his list to be sure our client will be satisfied. Cole works closely with our design team, as well as our foreman to make sure that every project is executed correctly each time. Cole prides himself in stewarding our clients well and leading his wife and 3 beautiful children at home.

I moved to the Fort Myers area about 8 months ago into a house in which the yard had clearly been neglected for a long time. I happened on Peer Landscaping and I’m very glad I did. I’ve done quite a bit of gardening myself up North. Needless to say, South Florida is another animal altogether. My backyard needed a complete overhaul. It was so unattractive that I didn’t even enjoy sitting on my patio – which is tragic this time of year in Florida:). I love the space now!!! It turned out even better than expected. Bailey had great ideas and he and his assistant came up with a terrific plan. The workers were great too. I also felt that the cost was quite reasonable. Tonight I’m finally having company over ( we’ve been vaccinated) for cocktails on my patio looking out into my lovely landscape. I would very much recommended Peer Landscaping.
