From our first phone call to your finished yard, here is the customer journey you’re about to experience.
- Step 1: Online Design Consultation to make sure we are a fit. We will review your design budget and desired dream outcome for your landscaping. If we are aligned, we secure a deposit to start designing your project right away.
- Step 2: After we have received a deposit to work together, we send an experienced landscape installer to do a site survey to make sure all details are captured and the installation process is smooth and quick.
- Step 3: Approve or make adjustments to your design. Then, pick a date for installation.
- Step 4: Demo and installation happens quickly and final payment is submitted after 100% completion.
- Step 5: We walk you though our full service maintenance plans to ensure your new investment is protected.

How We Have Overcome This Challenge:
We’ve cultivated a culture of strong communication and alignment through daily team meetings. These meetings ensure all core functions—scheduling, customer requests, and process improvements—are on track, while also fostering meaningful connections and rapport among team members.
In addition, we embrace a discipleship model of leadership. As Bailey’s business coach often says, "Create leaders who create leaders who create more leaders." This philosophy has been key to our growth. Bailey has mentored Cole Baxter to oversee operations, empowering him to lead leadership meetings that focus on professional development, healthy management practices, and essential training. This approach cascades through the organization, with managers taking the same leadership principles and applying them to their teams.
